PROCEDURE

Here is the procedure on how to join the HBSB community and take advantage of its certification and registration services that are only on offer to the community members:

 

          Simplified Procedure:

  1. Fill out the online “Application Form“*
  2. Wait for your application to be reviewed by HBSB
  3. Provide proving documents to HBSB if asked for
  4. Wait for the invoice to be issued and sent to you
  5. Pay the invoiced fees and send us the payment proof 
  6. Wait for your certificate(s) to be emailed to you
  7. Verify your certificate(s) details on HBSB online database
  8. Congratulations! You have joined the community!

 

* (This applies only to new applicants who are from regions where no HBSB local agent is currently available! Such applicants can directly apply at HBSB headquarters via the online application form provided!)

PLEASE NOTE:

In countries where HBSB has an authorized local agent present, we do not serve directly and the applications and payments must necessarily be handled by our agents.

          SOME NOTES:

  • Membership in the community is open to all
  • Membership comes in 2 types (i.e. Business and Individual)
  • Membership comes in 2 levels (i.e. Amateur & Professional). Amateur membership can be upgraded to professional membership through presentation of the proving documents, as well as settlement of the due fees
  • Application for HBSB certification or registration services is only open to professional (Business and Individual) members
  • HBSB Certificates and Memberships have no expiry and will remain with the receiver for good!
  • To protect real membership from fraud and unreal claims, HBSB issues MEMBERSHIP Certificates (bearing the HBSB logo) to all members with unique Membership IDs, and all certified members get registered on HBSB website searchable directory
  • Using the membership unique ID, the database automated system will list all certificate details achieved by each member in different areas since the beginning of their membership at HBSB
  • Members will also be able to validate each certificate separately in the same directory by entering their certificate number in the search tool available on “Registry” page of the website
