Hair & Beauty Sans Borders (HBSB) is a movement led by a private and independent group of passionate people who try to make a universal community of hair & beauty professionals that goes beyond countries’ borders and any other discriminating or limiting criterion such as gender, race, skin color, religion, belief, ideology or political orientation!
As a not-for-profit association, HBSB aims to act as a unified source of membership to all interested businesses and professional individuals in the beauty sector and thus develop an international community of experts as its members and provide support for all their certification or registration needs.
The community is an open gate to all and offers an unbelievable lifetime opportunity for one’s business improvement through a prestigious platform at an international level to professionals as well as amateurs and apprentices who devote their lives to learning, training, practicing, and improving various aspects of the human hair and beauty care arts.
Its headquarters and administrative offices are located in Carrollton and Tarpley, Texas, in the United States of America, and it has no affiliation with any other similar associations or communities.
